About The Role

Currie & Brown is looking for a Project Manager (Facilities Management) based in Riyadh, KSA

You will support project leaders in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our clients, capturing and sharing knowledge across projects, enhancing our culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Responsible to ensure safe, effective, and efficient performance of the works and services as per the SOW responsibilities and obligations, on all the facilities, systems and equipment. Ensuring that all operations are carried out in such a manner that safety of staff, public and property receives top priority.
  • Responsible to ensure the timely efficient and coordinated execution of the project in accordance with Contract documents, the Client, and Currie & Brown requirements.
  • Ensures that Preventive and Corrective maintenance programs are carried out in time at all the sites. Responsible for planning, organizing priorities and plan's work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans. R, health and safety regulations.
  • Responsible to ensure adherence to Currie & Brown quality assurance standards management and looks for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Inspecting, evaluating and identifying problems, determining and initiating the required and necessary action.
  • Responsible for the evaluation, acquisition and economical procurement of spare parts and materials, to ensure timely maintenance/repair works and services, and ensures the procurement and delivery of urgently required spare parts and materials to the airports.
  • Responsible to establish best practices in energy efficiency, resource conservation, water efficiency, materials efficiency, waste reduction, recycling, indoor air quality enhancement and ecologically sensitive products.
  • Responsible to coordinate with Currie & Brown FM Director in the preparation of a detailed plan after identifying the areas of concern relating to the Project and coordinate with Currie & Brown Operation Director in the identification and evaluation of the impact.
  • Responsible to evaluate and assess those areas that contribute in the underperformance of contractual responsibilities and prepare plans for enhancing and improving the performance and fulfilling the KPIs.
  • Lead and manage FMMA/P delivery team
  • Responsible to identify and evaluate the functions that contribute directly or indirectly to the operational costs and recommend alternatives to make the operations more efficient and to improve maintenance of these areas which are critical to the operational reliability, availability and serviceability of all the facilities/equipment/systems and reduce the cost of maintenance.
  • Responsible to evaluate requirements and provide guidelines for the long-term objective to keep on improving the operations and maintenance standards and to be fully acquainted with the latest developments and improvements in technology in the field of operations and maintenance.
  • Responsible to ensure that the working conditions of the employees conforms to Currie & Brown requirements and in compliance with the labor laws. Ensure that personal safety equipment to the workers such as safety shoes, goggles, hats, etc. are provided and enforce the use of such equipment by the employees.
  • Supervises, monitors, and develops the employees and ensure that the Currie & Brown required manning strength is completely fulfilled with qualified employees, and ensure that all responsibilities and obligations in accordance with the contract requirements.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the Company's financial and managerial functions pertaining to the Contract and follow up monthly payment documents with Currie & Brown Finance Team.
  • Responsible to ensure that all the required authorizations to independently take decisions during the execution of the contractual responsibilities and obligations in accordance with the contract documents and in dealing with Currie & Brown.
 
Skills, experience & qualifications:
  • The Project Manager must be a graduate Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer unless they have previously worked as a Project Manager on operation and maintenance projects for >15 years
  • >15 years’ experience in operation, maintenance, and construction projects.
  • At least Five years of this experience should be in a management position with a broad-based background of commercial and technical work experience.
  • Wide range of skills with commercial and technical awareness or understanding of aviation environments.
