The role – what is it we would like you to do? 

Currie & Brown Italia is seeking a Project Manager for its Milan office.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent (preferred qualification).
• 3–5 years of experience in managing projects of medium complexity and value 
• Excellent technical writing skills, client-facing abilities, and communication skills (both internal and external).
• Strong team-working attitude, reliability, and operational flexibility.
• Excellent written and spoken English, in addition to full fluency in Italian.

Responsibilities:

• Support the management of design and construction phases of projects.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and building management and safety consultants.
• Lead design coordination in relation to design guidelines and constraints.
• Maintain effective communication to ensure all project information is available for successful delivery; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient control.
• Support cost management activities.
• Deliver all project outputs accurately and on time.
• Conduct meetings with contractors, site teams, and clients.
• Manage procurement activities.
• Carry out snagging activities.
• Manage and coordinate site activities.
