About The Role

Currie & Brown Italy is looking for a Project Manager focusing on Due Diligence for its HQ in Treviso. The Project Manager will be placed in the business unit dedicated to preparing due diligence and, in general, real estate valuations of various asset types. This role will coordinate and manage all aspects of due diligence for real estate assets, ensuring that all necessary property documentation is collected, reviewed, and assessed to support strategic investment decisions. The role requires project management, communication, and analytical skills to ensure that all due diligence activities are completed on time. This position will report to the Associate responsible for the unit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing medium-sized projects (experience in the luxury and hospitality sectors is preferred).
  • Experience in managing the permitting process and dealing with local jurisdiction.
  • Good knowledge of national and local regulations related to construction and administrative procedures.
  • Good technical writing, client-facing and communication skills (both internal and external).
  • In addition to Italian, excellent written and spoken English required.
  • Aptitude for teamwork, reliability and flexibility.

     

    Activities

  • Oversee and manage the due diligence process for all real estate acquisitions, ensuring that all aspects of the analysis are thoroughly examined.
  • Collect, review, and evaluate critical property management documents, including lease agreements, property condition reports, ownership documents, environmental assessments, etc.
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with real estate transactions, including legal, environmental, and operational risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and maintain clear and effective communication between all parties involved.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and external consultants (surveyors, environmental engineers, appraisers, etc.).
  • Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports (technical, administrative, ESG, and/or high-level environmental), in coordination with other internal departments, for legal aspects or the preparation of Capex Plans.

Currie & Brown Italia è alla ricerca di un Project manager nella sede principale di Treviso. Il Project Manager sarà inserito nella business unit dedicata alla redazione di due diligence e, in generale, alla valutazione immobiliare di diverse tipologie di asset. Questa figura coordinerà e gestirà tutti gli aspetti della due diligence per gli asset immobiliari, assicurandosi che tutta la documentazione necessaria riguardante la proprietà venga raccolta, esaminata e valutata per supportare le decisioni strategiche d'investimento. Il ruolo richiede competenze nella gestione dei progetti, nella comunicazione e nell'analisi, per garantire che tutte le attività di due diligence siano completate nei tempi previsti. Questa posizione farà riferimento all'Associate responsabile della unit.

 

 

 

 

Requisiti:

 

  • Laurea in architettura, ingegneria, project management o equivalente.
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella gestione di progetti di medio volume (via preferenziale l’esperienza nei settori lusso e hospitality).
  • Esperienza nella gestione del processo di autorizzazione e nei rapporti con gli enti
  • Buona conoscenza della normativa nazionale e locale in materia di costruzioni e iter amministrativi
  • Buone capacità di scrittura tecnica, di relazione con il cliente e di comunicazione (sia interna che esterna).
  • Oltre all’italiano, è richiesto un ottimo inglese scritto e parlato.
  • Attitudine al lavoro in team, affidabilità e flessibilità.

     

     

    Attività principali:

     

  • Supervisionare e gestire il processo di due diligence per tutte le acquisizioni immobiliari, assicurandosi che tutti gli aspetti dell’analisi siano esaminati in modo approfondito.
  • Raccogliere, esaminare e valutare documenti critici relativi alla gestione della proprietà, inclusi contratti di locazione, report sulle condizioni delle proprietà, documenti di proprietà, valutazioni ambientali, ecc..
  • Identificare e valutare i potenziali rischi legati alle transazioni immobiliari, inclusi rischi legali, ambientali e operativi, e raccomandare strategie di mitigazione.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle scadenze e una comunicazione chiara e fluida tra tutte le parti coinvolte.
  • Essere il punto di contatto principale tra il cliente e i consulenti esterni (geometri, ingegneri ambientali, periti, ecc.)
  • Preparare report completi di due diligence (tecnica, amministrativa, ESG e/o ambientale high level) anche in coordinamento con gli altri dipartimenti interni, per aspetti legali o per la redazione di Capex Plan.
