Role Summary

Currie & Brown is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeller to support our projects across various sectors such as commercial, healthcare, data centers, and infrastructure. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for developing and maintaining 3D models, producing construction documentation, and ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage accurate 3D models (Architectural / Structural / MEP) using BIM software such as Revit or Navisworks.

  • Coordinate models with multiple disciplines to ensure integration and clash resolution.

  • Produce 2D drawings and construction documentation derived from BIM models.

  • Support the BIM Coordinator and Project Manager in maintaining model standards and workflows.

  • Assist in the implementation of project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

  • Maintain version control and data management for model files and documentation.

  • Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using tools like Navisworks or Solibri.

  • Support design team and consultants with BIM model inputs and updates during the design and construction phases.

  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to issue resolution.


Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in a consultancy or construction environment.

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM360, Dynamo, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Good understanding of BIM standards such as ISO 19650, and local regulatory requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.

  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

  • Team player with strong coordination and communication skills.


Desirable

  • Experience working on data centers, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.

  • Familiarity with 4D/5D BIM and integrated digital delivery.

  • Experience with international consultancy workflows.
