Currie & Brown is looking for a Senior Cost Consultant to join our growing Dublin office. In this role, you'll work alongside a supportive and experienced team, delivering cost management services across a diverse portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on housing developments as well as a range of public sector schemes.

Your core duties will involve:
- Providing accurate cost advice and reporting to our clients and undertaking commercial management services with limited supervision
- Assisting Director delivering projects, commissions and professional assignments and Providing support to the project director in cost management of projects
- Assuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player
- You will encourage effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects; liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial control
- Always representing the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships
What skills and attributes are we looking for from you
- BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent
- Membership of the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI) preferred
- Technical delivery experience
- Experience of Public Sector Procurement in Ireland
- Pre and post-contract experience using PW-CF1 & 5
- Experience of project cost control, including management & negotiation claims
- CostX experience preferred, but not essential
- Ability to pass Garda Vetting and Security Clearance procedures
