The Project Manager – Fit Out will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers while leading the project team to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Delivery

Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets for fit-out works.

Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.

Oversee site progress, resolve issues, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.

Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders.

Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Team & Contractor Coordination

Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

Monitor contractor performance and ensure quality workmanship.

Ensure all health, safety, and environmental requirements are met.

Commercial & Contract Management

Track project costs, variations, and cash flow.

Assist in procurement, negotiation, and management of subcontractor agreements.

Report on financial status, project progress, and key milestones.

Quality & Handover

Ensure high-quality standards and finishes in fit-out works.

Conduct inspections, snagging, and final handover documentation.

Ensure smooth transition to facility management teams or end-users.
Requirements:

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

Proven track record as a Project Manager (5–10 years) in fit-out/interior projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, corporate offices, or high-end residential).

Strong knowledge of fit-out methodologies, materials, and construction techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
