    About Us

At Currie & Brown, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We work as one team across the UK and Europe, supporting each other to deliver exceptional service and meaningful impact for our clients and colleagues.

    The Opportunity

As Senior People Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the UK People team while partnering closely with stakeholders across our European business. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, provide specialist guidance across the employee lifecycle, and lead on a range of people initiatives, organisational change programmes, and complex employee relations matters.

    • Shape, update and embed HR policies that reflect best practice and enable a fair, consistent approach.
    • Play an active role in transformational change activity, supporting leaders and teams through periods of transition.
    • Work closely with People team colleagues across Europe to ensure a cohesive, aligned and high‑quality HR service.

Alongside this, you’ll support monthly payroll processes, respond to employee queries, and oversee core HR operations including probation, sickness management, contract changes, and leavers. You will also contribute to board reporting and follow-up on agreed actions.
