Associate MEP Cost Consultant

Currie & Brown is looking for an Associate MEP Cost Consultant to join our south-east team based either in Southampton or Haywards Heath. You'll work alongside our team to deliver first-class cost consultancy across public and private sector projects. It's a chance to build strong client relationships, share what you know, and help shape how we work.

 What you will be doing

• Giving clients clear, accurate cost advice and reports
• Supporting our team to deliver projects and commissions
• Managing project costs with limited supervision
• Preparing estimates for M&E works
• Handling pre-contract budgeting, bid levelling and post-contract work
• Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues

What will make you successful in this role?

• A BSc in quantity surveying, or similar
• RICS membership, or working towards it or similar
• At least five years in technical delivery
• A firm grasp of project cost control
• Confident client-facing and communication skills
• CostX experience is a bonus, though not essential
• A full driving licence
