Assistant Quantity Surveyor

We're looking for an ambitious Assistant Cost Manager to join our growing Dublin team and play a role in delivering high-profile projects across sectors including Data Centres, Commercial, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and Public Sector developments.

What You'll Do

• Support cost planning and estimating activities
• Prepare valuations, cost reports, and financial forecasts
• Support contract administration and change management
• Work alongside experienced Cost Managers on major projects
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Economics, or similar
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Well-organised with strong time management skills
• Desire to develop professionally and achieve chartership
• Flexible and willing to gain experience across a variety of projects
