MEP Quantity Surveyor — Dublin (Ref: 21989)
Role Overview
Currie & Brown is looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our Dublin team. You'll work alongside our directors to deliver first-class cost consultancy across public and private sector projects. It's a chance to build strong client relationships, share what you know, and help shape how we work.
What you will be doing
- Giving clients clear, accurate cost advice and reports
- Supporting our directors to deliver projects and commissions
- Managing project costs with limited supervision
- Preparing Bills of Quantities for M&E works, which may include MV and HV infrastructure
- Handling pre-contract budgeting, bid levelling and post-contract work
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
What will make you successful in this role?
- A BSc in quantity surveying, or similar
- SCSI membership, or working towards it
- At least two years in technical delivery
- Experience of Irish public sector M&E procurement, using PW-CF1 and PW-CF5
- A firm grasp of project cost control, including claims
- Confident client-facing and communication skills
- CostX experience is a bonus, though not essential
- A full driving licence, and the ability to pass Garda vetting
