Senior Cost Consultant — Dublin (Ref: 22234)
Role Overview
Currie & Brown is looking for a Senior Cost Consultant to join our Dublin office. You'll work alongside our directors to deliver first-class cost consultancy across public and private sector projects. It's a chance to build strong client relationships, share what you know, and help shape how we work.
What you will be doing
- Giving clients clear, accurate cost advice and reports
- Delivering commercial management services with limited supervision
- Supporting our directors on projects, commissions and cost management
- Setting objectives and priorities as a proactive team player
- Keeping communication flowing so projects finish smoothly
- Liaising with other managers to keep financial control tight
- Building strong client relationships through negotiation and clear correspondence
What will make you successful in this role?
- A BSc in quantity surveying, or similar with SCSI membership
- Solid technical delivery experience ideally of Irish public sector procurement, using PW-CF1 and PW-CF5
- A firm grasp of project cost control, including claims
- CostX experience is a bonus, though not essential
- A full driving licence, and the ability to pass Garda vetting
