    Currie & Brown Italia è alla ricerca di un/una Office Manager per la nuova sede di Milano.

    La risorsa entrerà a far parte di un contesto internazionale a partire da settembre, con inserimento full-time, contribuendo attivamente all’organizzazione e alla gestione operativa dell’ufficio.

    Responsabilità

    Le attività di seguito descritte saranno svolte in collaborazione con i team di Office Management, Marketing e Finance della sede principale di Treviso.

    •              Gestione delle attività amministrative quotidiane della sede

     •              Organizzazione e prenotazione di viaggi e trasferte a supporto del team tecnico

    •              Gestione del centralino e della corrispondenza in entrata/uscita

    •              Accoglienza ospiti e gestione degli spazi ufficio

    •              Inserimento, aggiornamento e controllo dati su gestionale interno

    •              Supporto alle attività di fatturazione passiva, registrazione e gestione fornitori

    •              Gestione ordini, acquisti e approvvigionamento materiale d’ufficio

    •              Organizzazione operativa di riunioni e appuntamenti (prenotazione sale, coordinamento agenda, supporto logistico)

    •              Supporto alle attività HR di base (onboarding nuovi inserimenti, predisposizione postazioni e strumenti di lavoro, ecc.)

    •              Supporto alla preparazione di offerte commerciali (raccolta documentazione, formattazione, invio)

    •              Collaborazione alle attività di marketing e business development (aggiornamento materiali, CRM, database contatti, supporto eventi)

    •              Monitoraggio e aggiornamento di report interni (amministrativi e commerciali)

    •              Coordinamento degli aspetti organizzativi legati alla sicurezza sul luogo di lavoro, in collaborazione con i referenti interni ed esterni (es. gestione scadenze, documentazione, supporto agli  adempimenti normativi)

     

    Requisiti

    •              Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi (Office Assistant, Back Office, Segreteria organizzativa o simili)

    •              Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buon livello di inglese scritto e parlato

    •              Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel, Word e Outlook)

    •              Precisione, organizzazione e capacità di gestione delle priorità

    •              Buone doti relazionali e comunicative

    •              Attitudine al problem solving e proattività

    •              Familiarità con gestionali aziendali e/o CRM (considerato un plus)

    Currie & Brown Italy is looking for an Office Manager for its new Milan office.
    The successful candidate will join an international environment starting in September, on a full-time basis, actively contributing to the organisation and day-to-day operations of the office.

    Responsibilities

    The following activities will be carried out in collaboration with the Office Management, Marketing, and Finance teams based in the Treviso headquarters:

    • Managing the office’s daily administrative activities
    • Organising and booking travel arrangements to support the technical team
    • Handling the switchboard and incoming/outgoing correspondence
    • Welcoming guests and managing office spaces
    • Entering, updating, and monitoring data within the internal management system
    • Supporting accounts payable activities, including supplier registration and management
    • Managing orders, purchases, and office supplies procurement
    • Coordinating meetings and appointments (room bookings, calendar management, logistical support)
    • Supporting basic HR activities (onboarding new hires, setting up workstations and tools, etc.)
    • Assisting in the preparation of commercial proposals (document collection, formatting, submission)
    • Supporting marketing and business development activities (updating materials, CRM, contact databases, event support)
    • Monitoring and updating internal reports (administrative and commercial)
    • Coordinating organisational aspects related to workplace health and safety, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. managing deadlines, documentation, and regulatory compliance support)

     Requirements

    • Previous experience in similar roles (Office Assistant, Back Office, Administrative Support, or equivalent)
    • Excellent command of Italian and a good level of written and spoken English
    • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
    • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage priorities
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
    • Familiarity with company management systems and/or CRM tools (considered a plus)
